The Orange County chapter of the Harvard Law School Association (HLSA) invites you to join us for a virtual panel discussion about the various legal aspects of operating businesses in the COVID era, including employment, contractual, tort liability, and corporate governance issues raised by the pandemic.
Our HLS alumni panelists will include Maria Stearns ’02, Chair of Rutan & Tucker’s Employment Practice; Eva Davis ’90, Co-Chair of Winston & Strawn’s Private Equity practice; and Richard Schwarzstein ’59, international corporate attorney.

Richard J. Schwarzstein ’59 is the founder of a Newport Beach, California law firm, providing counsel to domestic and international businesses and nonprofit organizations. Eva is the managing partner of Winston’s Los Angeles office and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
