For nearly 25 years, Dave Thomas has advised and represented individuals, corporations, and institutions on matters involving all kinds of insurance coverages, including in litigation and other dispute resolution proceedings against insurance companies. He litigates against insurance companies for losses due to wildfires and other natural disasters but just as often serves as a behind-the-scenes counselor to homeowners and businesses to avoid litigation and quickly maximize recovery. More recently, Dave has been taking a leading role in Blank Rome’s effort to advise victims of the Palisades and Eaton Fires on their insurance rights. He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an A.B. from Stanford University.
